You could try the gmail address listed on this web page, which also 
includes his phone number and address:

Email addresses on those pages are collected automatically, so they 
might be very old or the wrong person.

Note the previous postal address for him is where his wife is still 
listed as living.   So either that present address is an additional  
place where he lives/works, or he's separated/divorced from his wife 
(which might explain why he's disappeared from the web)..   She has her 
own web page:
