I revisited the Slade catalog about three or four years ago and waved in anything that wasn't already in my master playlist.

In 2009 Cheap Trick did a nice of cover of their "When The Lights Are Out."

border on power pop.

I don't know where to categorize that Slade song.   Or for that matter,
