Rick - Unfortunately, I can't appreciate a lot of songs that were made 
starting in 1980s (and onwards), because of the loud sharp drum noise.   
One of my personal peeves, and it's sounding worse to me, as my ear get 
older.

Was this the result of digital recording?   Note the drums don't sound 
that way on the other song.   It beats me why that is. - Mark
