Wolfgang's Vault is a company selling stuff from a warehouse full of Bill Graham's archives. Thus the high quality of the videos. There were various owners after Graham's death until some guy bought it all in the early 2k's. Wolfgang's was also an 80's club Graham owned in SF, and evidently his nickname (which fits).
