I'm surprised by the City Boy Anthology not including "Raise Your Glass (To Foolish Me)".  That song is in our music library at the radio stations I work at and continues to get airplay on a few stations.  It was never a single but more of a turntable hit in Hawaii (back in the day when radio would play deep cuts on current released albums).  I personally don't know if it garnered any other regional airplay in North America or Europe, but it's a fantastic song and still enjoy playing it on the air.  I smile when I hear it back to back with Pink's hit song "Raise Your Glass".
