I wanted to find out the costs and emailed Ken for the pricelist. I am sure there are others who are curious as well about quite a few long out of print items.
Let's help Ken get his next record out :)

Elvis Presley: Writing For The King-$100 (huge hardback book with two CDs, one is songwriter demos of songs recorded later by Elvis, other disc is unreleased live recordings of Elvis circa 1969-1972/long sold out/only have a few copies)
Eric Carmen: Marathon Man hardback/hand numbered limited edition of 250 copies/signed by Eric $250 (long sold out/only have 2 copies)
Eric Carmen: Marathon Man Hardback hand numbered limited edition of 250 copies/signed by Eric to David with a nice message $200 (long sold out)
