Not exactly sure who plugged this CD, or if it was even on this list, but just had to say thanks for sharing! Fans of Jason Falkner in particular will absolutely devour this over repeated listens. I don't know who wrote which songs but the styles are a magical mixture. The first three songs in particular will delight fans who like their power pop a little more sophisticated, like Jellyfish, The Wondermints, Cheese or The Gladhands for example. The rest of the tunes weave together lyrical wit with a variety of hooks. The chord progressions are vintage Falkner and contrast nicely with the simple lyrical themes. I'm really not qualified to analyze the music any further so give it a listen and hear for yourself. See if you don't agree that Jason Falkner can still rise above the fray and pen some very catchy tunes. R. Stevie Moore could not have chosen a more worthy musical partner.
