Hi

Here is a mail I got from Mark London about the great Power Pop / New Wave
band The Heroes:

If you at all liked the 1980 Heroes LP "Border Raiders", you might be
interested to know that they recorded a follow up LP that was never
released.. It's quite a bit more in the power pop vein. The master tapes
for it exist. if enough people give feedback, I've been told that there is
a possibility that the LP could be released (they need to contact the label,
etc). Here's a web page for excellent sounding warm-up recordings from that
LP, and all sorts of other great non-Heroes stuff that Chris did:

Here's also another web page. This one includes a track left off the 2nd
LP, called "Continental Girl", which I think is pretty cool.

Please pass this information along to any other fan of the Heroes LP.

Thanks! - Mark

best

Robert
