Tim Christensen would be right up the alley of many on Audities. He was in a band called Dizzy Mizz Lizzy in the 90's. Mostly forgettable rock, IMO.
However, he put out three solo albums in the 2000's that went from very good (Secrets on Parade), to excellent (Honeyburst) to outstanding (Superior).
He's from Denmark and you can hear the best of the Swedish pop sensibilities in his music. Melodic, guitar driven pop/rock. Great vocal quality - a bit reminiscent of Neil Finn.
His new album, referenced in the subject line is a small move toward even heavier guitars, while still maintaining the melodicism. It is excellent and well worth tracking down.
Best,
Rick
