Same here. I think I check the list about once or twice a month. Most of plugs are on more than one group related to the sound that we used to discuss here so it gets very tiresome. I even attempted to start a few conversations by including links to some of the artists that we talk about by sharing the radio interviews but even that seemed like self promotion to me (and zero interest in the artists from the various groups) so I stopped doing it. Overall...the aspect of interest over anything musical online along the lines of Audities, Facebook or elsewhere, has vanished.
It may now just be a glut of informational overload via all the social networks that it's all just noise at this point. The smart phone has taken over and it appears that nobody has time for anything that takes longer than thirty seconds to deal with online.
