(Pop) Public Service Announcement: 

Just have to say that t he new release by Chris Richards, "Get Your La La's Out", is absolutely amazing. Quintessential pop of the very  highest order. Every track is magnificent. So good that I bought the cd and then went back to buy  the limited edition vinyl for the one bonus track (and would do it again, because it's a very cool version of "Dogs" by The Who, done in Chris' inimitable melodic style ) and every bit as worthy as the tunes on the cd. 

You will be missing a very great bunch  of tunes  if you don't pick this up . There has been no shortage of really good music halfway into the year, but  i t will be hard for any other release to come close to  this in 2012.
