I use free software you can download from Avery. But I don't use Avery paper forms for the inserts/covers. The best price for those seems to be Bags Unlimited.Â

You can get Microsoft Word templates for it. Â Not sure if that helps.

I'm pretty sure you can do it with MS Word. There are templates.
