Good god yes...it's the same melody and words almost exactly. 
It's not the arrangement or the instrumentation, but he's taking "My love explodes all over the world for you", changing the phrasing minutely and keeping the chord progression and there ya have it. LIF-TED....or as in shop, or as the dude on youtube said, "borrowed"... whatever...not a terrible song...I liked it cause it reminded me of The Dukes.
BTW, man, I love The Dukes...
