They certainly can't claim all "explodes", but this is so much more than that. The first line of the song: "My loves explode all over the world for you." is taken almost verbatim from the first line of "My Love Explodes" and sung with essentially the same melody. If that's not infringement, I don't know what is. When the original is on the obscure side, it's only a tribute if it's acknowledged prominently and composing credit is shared. Otherwise, it's a ripoff. Example- Working a few notes of a Beatles melody into the middle of a guitar solo is a tribute. Using the main lyrical and melodic hook from a relatively unknown band's relatively unknown song as the foundation for your "own" song is not cool. g

Seriously? The Dukes of......copyrighted the usage of "explodes" in all
songs, post-25 O' Clock.........?
(I've listened to this track 40 times and haven't made any connection with
"My Love Explodes." As is said, your mileage may vary. Someone's did.)
