Okay, let's try that again.

I hear you. I live in Denver, and SO many tours just don't come here
because we're so far from everything else. Unless you want to count Ft.
Collins and Colorado Springs, the closest major markets are a good 6-8
hours drive away.
We have, and have had, some great bands develop here, but that driving
distance issue is always going to be a problem.

I absolutely LOVE how the "midwest" (and especially, Kansas City) is the "hotbed" of new, fresh, exciting live music. (sarcasm). No one EVER comes here.....unless you want to see Bob Seger, et. al.
I had to drive to Chicago (which should not be called "midwest" in this instance...it is the exception) to see my latest concert.
