I always thought the Zinedines album "Take Me Take Me" was pretty
phenominal...

I'll definitely second (or third) this opinion and add that the Sidonie -
Shell Kids CD is one fabulous slice of Spanish Power Pop (thanks to fellow
Power Pop guru Bob Mootz for this enlightenment!).  Their Fascinado, Costa
Azul, Let it Flow and La Esticion de la Libelula CDs all have their moments
and are worth seeking out.
