A CD-R of the 1980 Quincy s/t album is available online (for $5.00 +
shipping!) at the Smash Palace website:

http://smashpalacemusic.com/store/

Quincy members (and brothers) Stephen and Brian Butler formed Smash
Palace after Quincy's demise (allegedly in the face of threatened legal
action by Quincy Jones!) Smash Palace has themselves had a long and
fruitful run--I urge you to check out their latter day output if you
haven't already. (Here's a link to a particularly well-written review
of their "Best of 99-06" collection: ;-)

Best of all, if you order anything from the Smash Palace website you'll
receive absolutely free of charge a CD-R of a 1978 Quincy show at
CBGB's. According to legend, it was this performance that ultimately
led to the band being signed to Columbia:

Enjoy!
