1. I'm hoping everyone has heard this already. For those of you not on Facebook, I'm posting. Apologies if others have already linked to this, I just haven't seen it on Audities recently.

It's parody, in fact, it's intensely "in joke" with its parody and lines are really blurred between real people/events and fake ones. I had my boyfriend give a listen and he was utterly confused because it seemed all real to him. (Lord help me, I'm dating yet another dude who has no idea what "Power Pop" is. Worst of all, he keeps asking me to define it. It's exhausting.)

2. re: the Cherry Twister find. Don't let Steve Ward hear that copies of this are out! It was going for well over $100 on Ebay not too long ago. There are very few copies out there, although I've heard there are multiple copies in closets in the Pennsylvania area. Hold onto it for dear life!

3. I'd like some feedback on sites like "Kickstarter" and "Indiegogo" in terms of raising money for a music project. I'm completely unauthorized to start one, but I know an artist with an album almost fully recorded, but financing for mastering, etc. is tough to come by in advance. I think if I could convince him that there is still interest, we might be able to get moving on things.

Anna
