Michael,

Thanks for the props to KSCU!! We're bigger and better than ever...now that
Live 105 is further in the toilet. KUSF is now gone. Modern rock /
"alternative" commercial radio is dying and will most likely be completely
gone in a few years.

The only money in commercial radio is on oldies/classic rock stations. Young
adults/kids barely listen to terrestrial commercial radio anymore.  All this
bodes well for college radio...especially those that stream online (like
KSCU). KSCU and a handful of other college stations (like KALX) are the ONLY
radio outlets where you're going to hear any significant variety of new
music.
