Details:

Mitch Easter is a songwriter, musician, and producer. As a producer, he is
probably best known for his work with R.E.M. from 1981 through 1984, though
he has also worked with many other acts including The Hang Ups, Pavement,
Suzanne Vega, Game Theory, Marshall Crenshaw, and Velvet Crush.

As a musician, Easter played with Sneakers during the late 1970s and was the
frontman for the band Let's Active during the 1980s.

The Mitch Easter Band features our local friend Amanda Lindsey (Model
Rocket).

--------

School for the Dead is Henning Ohlenbusch, Brian Marchese, Max Germer, Tony
Westcott, and Ken Maiuri. They've been bringing their jangly poppy
songwriterly songs to audiences for almost ten years now.

--------

Boy Genuis is Kyle Webster, Charlie Hartley, and Michael Maher. They site
the following influences: miracle legion, go betweens, feelies, june brides,
small factory, unrest, the bats, galaxie 500, the clean, felt, pavement,
teenage fanclub, NMH, throwing muses, beulah - how can you go wrong?

--------

Ribboncandy is the home to Ken Maiuri's wonderful songs. Ken, Rich Germain,
and Jason Bourgeois play angular and heartfelt songs with unforgettable
melodies and lyrical twists. Ribboncandy concerts are much too far and few
between, so make sure you are there at the kick-off the night.
