From past list mgmt experience, HTML, rich text (aka Exchange), &
attachments are filtered out. Now normally when folks send HTML email
it's actually what's called multi-part MIME, with one part being the
HTML version of the message and the 2nd being a Plain Text copy, so
folks without HTML capability (or have it intentionally disabled) can
still read it.
I speculate that Sam's original message was not multi-part but HTML
only. Just speculating, as I no longer have access to Audities server
logs (nor do I want or would I accept access).
