Couldn't agree more with the kudos for Bruce's passion and commitment to Not
lame for the last 16 years... that commitment gave many indie bands ears
they wouldn't have reached any other way. Many of us were bird-dogs for
great pop, passing suggestions on to Bruce that he picked up and then sold
lots of CDs for bands that often wondered if they'd ever sell a single disc.
I gave him heads-up on two bands--- April's Rain and The Craftmatic
Adjustables--- and I believe Bruce moved more copies of each of those CDs
than either band was expecting.
But as much as I love and agree with these Not Lame post-mortems, let's look
ahead. The way to do that is to get with the program that Bruce is really
pumped about --- The Rock And Roll Tribe...and if you haven't signed up for
that social network for music addicts, do it now!
Bruce--- thanks for a great ride. Hope we can hitch another one sometime
soon!
