Hello All!
I've been following the Digest for a while now.
Wanted to jump in with this little tidbit and see where it goes!

I thought you might be interested in re-discovering one of America's 1970's Originals, "Cargoe" ! In 1972, we were Stax/Ardent Records Artists and "Big STAR" label mates in Memphis, TN. and release our one and only studio album. Our 45rpm single "Feel Alright" was climbing the Billboard and Cashbox charts when a new record distribution deal between Stax and CBS/Columbia left us missing from their Catalog. In the middle of a West Coast mini-tour, Fans and Music Stores couldn't find or order the record, and we instantly fell off the Charts and off the Planet. Now 38 years later in 2010, we've recorded ours songs written "in the day", and released what might have been the 1973 follow-up LP.

Would LOVE for you guys to check us out @ www.CargoeMusic.com
We're also on Facebook @ http://www.facebook.com/pages/CARGOE/106089959424041?ref=ts
Created a few Videos to go along with the new Music! @ http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Cargoemusic&aq=f

Help us get a little push on this if you can!
Cheers and Peace!
Happy Holidays!
Rgds,
Max
