Let's say, HYPOTHETICALLY, TallBoy Records decided to consider releasing a cd in the coming year. Let's say, HYPOTHETICALLY, we decided to do a double cd with two of our artists who may (or may NOT,) have a connection already, making the union somewhat logical.

Knowing what you know about our label and our releases, how likely might you be to purchase something like this? What is the max you would pay for a double cd like this? Would you be bothered if the packaging was somewhat minimal/cardboard? Would a download card for $10 make more sense? How about $15? (It would probably be over 25 songs.)

Any thoughts or advice? Keeping in mind that none of this has been discussed or negotiated with the artists yet. I'm just starting my research.
