My Aunt and Uncle lived in Newark, Calif... right on the edge of the
Bay. Fremont was "the big city" for them. My cousins use to hang out at
the Fremont Drag Strip. Their "house" was an old converted water
tower... two bedrooms, four kids. No hot water, and an out house until
1960... But they had stacks of singles, so I'd spend all my time there
loading up the changer. Wonder what happened to all those 45s?
