This happened to me a few weeks ago!

In a way, I'm releived to see that it's a widespread problem.  I thought my personal/work computer had been specifically hacked, and had to close down my online banking access, cancel credit cards, etc., etc.  I even had my computer guy reinstall Windows entirely (a big and expensive undertaking).
