I believe Rob Smith (Australian power pop guy) has such leanings in his
music, perhaps subtle. And good stuff, to boot!

I'm an atheist and as such i'm not overly qualified on the Christian side,
but music is music isn't it?
If you like Power Pop (and i'm sure you do) then i'd recommend Rick
Altizer's "Scripture Memories" as having some good songs and lovely
production. All the lyrics - as you may guess from the title - are
scripture.
