I wrote last week's Rochester show up for an ezine; I'll add a link when it
runs.

Dave's been wearing that hat for a while - I do not want to ever have to
smell it. But he definitely leaves it all out there every night. The girl on
keys is Christine Smith who played for a while with Jesse Malin. Basically
this new album is their creation with some input from band members former
and present. Martin Lynds was the drummer they grabbed after the post-Angels
breakup. The guitar player and bassist are brand new (guitarist is Bruce
Derr who has some stuff out on his own).

First record without Serge, and that has its pluses and minuses.I don't
think Life Is A Problem is as immediately accessible as past albums, but it
grows on you. The set list I witnessed has a lot from Kids In Philly,
arguably their finest record.
