I've knocked back the price of all our old catalog to $10 pp anywhere in
the world.... rather just make a few dollars than not sell anything at all.
We'd already dropped wholesale to our Euro distro. To make it possible
for shops in the US to sell for $10 would probably cut our price
nearly in half. Again. I'd rather sell more copies for less money, than
none at all.
