Too many outlets in and out, etc.
Someone earlier made the mention that EMI was violating the spirit of the
contract signed 30 years ago, and this is certainly the case. Glad the
courts agreed.

if you don't have time to read the article, it details the fact that Pink
Floyd was successful in court defending a prior contract that forbids EMI
from selling single songs or portions of songs (ie ringtones) as downloads
without the band's permission....
