well, losing OK Go might not be in the same league as this report, but I'm sure this will at least inspire some healthy debates among our crew....

if you don't have time to read the article, it details the fact that Pink Floyd was successful in court defending a prior contract that forbids EMI from selling single songs or portions of songs (ie ringtones) as downloads without the band's permission....
