Hi Mark,

I had read the interview, and also Roger's blog "Nil by Mouth" in which he writes frankly about his inability to speak or eat. Thanks to Mike Bennett for the link -

In the Esquire interview Roger states that Leonard Cohen literally saved his life, so your link is not as off-topic as you think.
