My wife and I saw this movie last night.It is what it is, and quite funny at times. But the music is excellent.Aside from a tropical , breezy title track, and a mambo.most of the music sounds like instrumentals from the Pearlfishers, the great Scottish pop band. At least that is how it hit me. I can't watch a film without noticing the music. While this is glorified elevator music, it is effective. And a well timed "Wouldn't it be nice" that just hit the spot. The music is by the veteran Hans Zimmer.
Still making my way through un played holiday music from my huge collection and Christmas gifts that could affect my year end list. But I am taking some notes, so when I sit down to do it I will be somewhat organized.
