Not that I know of. He's roughly the same age and perhaps shares some
general influences, but M83 is from way the hell and gone on the
Mediterranean coast while the Air/Daft Punk/Phoenix axis is from
Versailles/Paris and Tahiti 80 and Fugu are based in Rouen, which is
up in Normandy, near the English Channel, so he's not from the same
scene as any of the other bands. I did really like both DEAD
CITIES... and SATURDAYS=YOUTH, though.
