Those French bands do tend to be an incestuous bunch. When I saw Orwell play a few years back I talked to Jerome after the show and asked him about Phoenix,Tahiti 80,Air and Fugu and he told me several members of those bands had played together on and off and continued to associate and encourage each other.
Fugu have at least 3 full cds and Orwell have about the same number of cds.

Completely forgot about Tahiti 80 (Thanks for the reminder). Wow, Puzzle
was issued 10 years ago. And there was Fugu, who were associated with
Tahiti 80 I think. Did they (Fugu) release more than the one album? Time
for some bin digging.
