From a VERY close source, I have found out the following:
The record is sort of a "rock opera" telling what could have happened if Ingmar Bergman "went Hollywood". There is spoken word and different vocalists playing different roles.
Not a traditional Sparks record, and it's been played a few times with film accompaniment, but it hasn't been performed live.
