Also, the drummer (Ronaldo Leme, nicknamed "Dinho") has been with the band since 1971; he missed being on the first 2 official albums but has also been a key member in all of the incarnations since he joined....

I have not, but I have tickets for their show at the Somerville next week.
Sergio Dias Baptista is the only member of the original lineup left, but since he was always the band's linchpin, that's not a real problem. What I've heard of the new album sounds appropriately Mutantes-like, so I'm quite looking forward.
