I have a pair of Labtec LT-820s that are lightweight, are *very* comfortable
(excellent cup padding) and have great sound. They're not Bose or
Sennheisers, but at about $10-15 they're a steal. I don't remember where I
grabbed mine - FYE maybe? - but did so for similar reasons; I wanted decent
sound at a cheap price so if I broke them or left them in a hotel/plane by
accident I wouldn't cry.
Looks like you can get them for under $10 now.
