I have a Stanton that I got on eBay for about $200. It has all you described as necessary and it has variable speed controls plus basic speeds of 33/45/78 which I love because I have lots of old old blues 78s. Plus, it is designed for DJ use so it is heavy-duty. I love it and use it frequently.

I have an Audio Technica - ATLP2D USB and really like it. It's very basic, but does a good job. Very affordable. Also comes with software to convert your vinyl to MP3s. Matt
