Terry's out with his Rock And Roll Quartet. Don't know who's in it but
suspect that Tommy Ardolino may be drumming.
Johnny and Joey are playing out where they can as The Spampinato Brothers
(aka, for a while there, the Pale Ales, which I think conflicted with
another band). They have with them the other guitar player from Johnny's
other Cape-based band The Incredible Casuals. Saw them this May at the
Island Merchant in Hyannis. This is essentially the same lineup, minus
Tommy, that played dates in 2005 as Baby Macaroni. (Johnny D's in
Somerville.) Lots of Q, lots of Casuals, many covers.
Show any of these incarnations some love if they get to your area.

NRBQ- Their records are way fun, but it was their live shows that blew my
mind. I don't think I ever watched musicians so thrilled by the music thay
were making. Every show had moments to cherish forever. I didn't even mind
the transition from Al Anderson to Johnny. I miss them dearly. Glad Terry
is still out there getting it done. Look forward to some future music by
Johnny and Joey [I heard that was happening]
Is NRBQ done? I was hoping to catch them live again at a least a few more
times...!
