That's the way I feel now, but back in the day...

It may be a music-will-change-the-world generational thing (I'm a tail-end
Boomer) but I confess I over-invested intellectually and emotionally in pop
music, especially the work the more articulate lyricists. A former
girlfriend and I once put together an informal list of Wrong Things About
Love We Learned From Jackson Browne.
