While visiting the inlaws at Smith Mt Lake, VA, I discovered this little 
local AM station that sounds just like that - in fact, I heard The Fruitgum 
Company segue into Black Sabbath, I think

The owner is a computer shop guy, so I'm sure he has the skills to make it
