Not every issue but a treasure trove nonetheless.
Besides the charts, the other real treat is the Ads.

Hmm...where to start. I decided on the week of my 10th birthday,
the Aug 11, 1962 issue. The Top 10 singles that week were:
1- Breaking Up Is Hard To Do - Neil Sedaka
2- Roses Are Red - Bobby Vinton
3- The Wah-Watusi - Orlons (yeah!)
4- Loco-Motion - Little Eva (Goffin & King's babbysitter!)
5- Ahab The Arab - Ray Stevens (one of the most popular songs
among kids of my childhood)
6- Speedy Gonzales - Pat Boone (??)
7- Sealed With A Kiss - Brian Hyland (It's gonna be a long,
lonely summer, but darling I promise you this...)
8- Youll Lose A Good Thing - Barbara Lynn
9- The Stripper - David Rose & His Orchestra
10- You Don't Know Me - Ray Charles (yes we do Ray!)
Finally, at 100 - first week on the chart...
Do You Love Me - The Contours (Now....that I can
daaaa...aaaaa...aaaaa.....aance!)
And Bubbling Under is "Looking for a Love" by The Valentinos
(later covered by Bobby Womack & The J. Geils Band)
