The third comment has nothing to do with the lyrics or the meaning of the
song. You are not getting that despite my best efforts, so it's
understandable that you are coming to the conclusions that you are.
The reason why I'm "not getting that" is because you're not making any sense, Bill. You've attached a dubious philosophical construct to a song whose lyrical meaning and compositional intention are irrelevant to your point. You might as well have said that goodwill towards pterodactyls or warm feelings about King Aethelred the Unready won't create good karma for the Cubs, either.
