Like that song from the 70's that went: "If the Mets don't win...".
Heard sung in a NJ bar by some old man who was a permanent fixture
(ie, never left), with the same cadence as a trashed Irish pub singer.
The same follow uttered the infamous: "Are the hairs wet yet?" As
to the quote, my friends & I had long hair (~1973) and the fellow
was wondering if we had consumed enough alcohol to catch a buzz.
