Village Music closed more than a year ago, and at that time word
was all the stock was to be sold off, but according to the website
it's still available for perusal via appointment (started making
my want list). See the site for details.
Also, I had started creating a Bay Area record store page last month
and it's not complete by any means, but some nice SF stores where I
have shopped at are listed.
