I usually don't have much to offer as I usually go on list recommends, 
but, and maybe these have been mentioned before but I cannot stop listening to Thom Hell's God If I Saw Her Now. 
 Early McCartney comes to mind, but Thom is no copycat. I keep hitting the repeat button when it ends, with the last song my favorite right now, Don't Leave Me Heather. 
 On a totally different pace is Who Hit John's Hey Buffy. These guys sort of 
remind me at times of Buffalo Tom.
