Spotify is great although as far as I know not currently available in the
US. I'm amazed how fast it is at both searching and streaming, probably
faster than my own iTunes library. The only thing it's missing is some
editorial to help you dig stuff out, you have to know what you are looking
for. The ability to email playlists to listen to and collaborate on is
brilliant - it's a winner as far as I am concerned. Not sure it's
financially viable for the company in the long term though. There's only one
advert every 10 songs or so and I don't see the point in paying to not have
them.

stuff (my daughters will love it), although of rather limited value for the
more obscure stuff that Auditeers also seem to dig.
