Subject Shoes - Black Vinyl Shoes - original LP value?

 Just wondering if anybody has a clue as to a reasonable value for an original copy of the Black Vinyl Shoes LP on Black Vinyl records...the one released by the band?  It's got all the inserts, etc....all the way down to the iron-on t shirt transfer.  Some cover wear, but it's been in a plastic sleeve for 30+ years. (yes, I bought it new way back then...).

 

I'm finally getting around to dumping the vinyl, and before I fleabay it, I'd kinda like to know if I could expect $10 or something a little more beneficial to the "buy a new guitar" fund.  I guess I'm really asking if there should be some type of reserve on an auction like this?  I know the market is pretty limited...
