Hi everybody,
Here is volume 4 of the "Monkees Albums That Never Were"
series, this time featuring songs heavily influenced by "Last
Train To Clarskville".
You will find a mixed bag of groups from all over the world,
making the most of the "Last Train To Clarskville" riff. Some
songs were released on the previous compilations but the
majority are brand new.
As a bonus I have included the song that I think was the
major influence on "Last Train To Clarskville", which is not
"Paperback Writer" as stated by Boyce & Hart but "Run For
Your Life" by The Beatles, plus an oddball Spanish version
of "Last Train To Clarskville" released in Spain in the '60s
by Los Stop.
